This is a preliminary payment required to secure your reservation at a Disney resort or for a Disney vacation package. This deposit is typically made at the time of booking and serves as a guarantee for Disney that you are committed to going on the vacation. It helps cover any potential costs or losses they may incur if you cancel or fail to show up for your reservation.
The deposit is usually deducted from the total cost of your Disney vacation, so it is not an additional fee. It is important to note that the deposit amount may vary depending on the specific Disney vacation package or resort you choose.
By making this deposit, you are ensuring that your spot is reserved at a Disney resort or for a Disney vacation package, allowing you to enjoy all the magical experiences and attractions that Disney has to offer.
